My Story
I absolutely love what I do. There are few things in life that are more rewarding for me than seeing people grow. Since I was a young child, I’ve taken a deep interest in the human psyche when it comes to success, and that’s led me down several paths throughout my life—a leader of a youth summer camp, captain of my high school basketball and track teams, an ethnographic researcher, a wanderer high in the mountains of Sweden, a leader of marketing and branding teams, a sales executive at a tech company, and now as an executive and leadership coach. The throughline of it all? Each requires a deep understanding of compassion, motivation, inspiration, and success.
Prior to becoming a coach, I worked for 20 years in leadership positions at media companies, branding agencies, and in tech, where I focused on strategic planning, marketing, research, and talent development. I deeply value my family, friends, telling jokes (some good, some bad), health and fitness, exploring new places in the world, and discovering new music. I also love acting, cooking without a recipe, and conquering my fear of sharks so that I can partake in a lengthy ocean swim. While parts of Manila, New York, and London still live on inside of me, I am proud to call Santa Monica, CA my home.
